If listed rules are broken, officers of ROME may request that, the member be removed from the guild in question. If no action is taken in a satisfactory amount of time, the guild may be kicked from alliance until action is taken, at which the guild will be re-added.
Do Not ask if you can be promoted to officer. If Officers, Head Officers, Co-Leader, and Leader think you deserve officership you will be promoted.
Please listen to ROME officers in alliance chat. It is their job, as well as all alliance officers, to regulate alliance chat.
You MUST download Teamspeak in order to participate in ANY event. Events can range from running FFF to doing a Urgoz HM run!
No guild hopping allowed within the alliance!! The only way to transfer from guild to guild within the alliance is if both Guild Leaders have the transfer approved. Only then will you be accepted into a different guild!
NO buying or selling in alliance chat WHAT SO EVER!! If you have an item for sale, USE our auction on the website!! You can ask ONCE if someone has an item, or announce ONCE that you have an item for sale(Do NOT use WTB/WTS tags), then take the pricing and further details to PM. If you do not want to use our auction, go to one of the Trading Towns and sell your items there. No exceptions!! Every Sunday is Open Trade Sunday.
SPAMMING will not be tolerated. If you spam in Guild/Ally chat, you will be removed from the guild/alliance immediately!
Do not disrespect your fellow Guild/Ally mates. If you are caught doing so, you WILL be removed from the guild/alliance!
Their will be no offensive chat topics in any chat channel allowed. Such as Religion, cultural issues, sexual orientation, sexist comments, politics.
If you are caught SCAMMING a Guild/Ally member, you will be kicked from the guild/alliance.
You are expected to be a team player, help out where you can. If you want to solo there is no reason to join this guild/alliance!
If you use our Team Speak Server, you WILL respect all other players on Team Speak. If an Officer tells you to change your phonetics you will do so. If an Officers tells you are not to enter a room, you will leave. All rooms in TeamSpeak (TS) are labeled, only use the rooms what they are labeled for. Please tag you name with your guild tag so we can properly identify users.
No Joke/offensive builds are to be shown in ally chat
If you have a character name that is offensive, do not post with it in alliance chat!!
